What is the registration fee?
There is no registration fee. Thanks to the generous support of our OR2026 sponsors, registration is open to all at no cost!
While we originally planned to charge $50 USD to attendees from high income countries to cover the costs of the online event platform, registration is now open to all at no cost thanks to sponsor contributions.

No, if you are a presenting author or a session chair, you do not need to register for the conference. You will be pre-registered for the conference by the organizers, and you will receive instructions about accessing the platform several weeks before the conference.
What happens after I register?
Immediately after registering, you will receive a confirmation email and calendar invitation sent from Zoom. If you don’t see these in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. 1-2 weeks before the conference, you will be able to access the virtual event platform to view session details and build your schedule. We will send an announcement email to registered attendees when the virtual event platform opens. We will also send an attendee guide to registered attendees shortly before the conference.
Will recordings be available?
Yes! Most sessions will be recorded, and recordings will be available to registered attendees within the Zoom Events conference platform shortly after each session. Recordings will be available to all in the OR Zenodo repository several weeks after the conference.
I’m not able to attend a session. Can I send an AI assistant?
No. Per the Open Repositories Code of Conduct, AI assistants are not allowed in conference sessions. Session chairs will monitor for and remove AI assistants.
I registered but can no longer attend. What should I do?
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration so that another attendee can join. To cancel, visit https://events.zoom.us , click on the Open Repositories 2026 event, then click View Ticket. On the page that opens, click Cancer order.
