Invitation to support the Open Repositories 2026 Conference
Supporter opportunities are now available for the 21st Open Repositories Conference (OR2026), which will take place online from June 8–11, 2026. We warmly invite you to participate as a supporter and connect with a global community committed to advancing open, sustainable, and interoperable repositories.

Platinum Supporter- $10,000 (Limited to 1 organisation)
The Platinum Supporter category is a special designation that covers the full cost of registration for all participants, making the conference accessible to everyone at no charge.
The organisers of OR2026 currently plan to charge a small fee for registrants from high-income countries. With your support, all registrants would be fully subsidised and able to attend the conference at no cost. Benefits for platinum supporter include:
- Prominent visibility during the conference
- Use of the OR2026 logo in your promotional activities
- Recognition during opening and closing remarks
- Listing as a supporter in conference literature
- Large logo on the conference website and event platform
- Access to participant list (where consent is granted)
- Virtual booth in the Zoom expo area

- Ability to upload 1 video, up to 5 images, and 5 downloadable PDFs
Gold Supporter – $1,000
- Prominent visibility during the conference
- Use of the OR2026 logo in your promotional activities

- Medium size logo on the conference website and event platform
- Access to participant list (where consent is granted)
- Virtual booth in the Zoom expo area

Silver Supporter (High-Income Countries) – $500
To be eligible, please check if your organisation is located in a high-income economy, as listed, and has an annual net revenue below USD 1 million in order to participate as a Silver Supporter from a high-income country.

Silver Supporter (Non-High-Income Countries) – $200
To be eligible, please ensure that your organisation is NOT located in a high-income economy, as listed, in order to participate as a Silver Supporter from a non–high-income country.
